「文薈獎—全國身心障礙者文藝獎」由文化部指導、國立彰化生活美學館主辦，為鼓勵身心障礙朋友以創作分享藝文能量與情感。本次展出第23屆得獎作品，有圖畫書、文學及心情故事三類，作者們以洗練的文字與多彩的畫作，揮灑演繹精彩動人的創作，誠邀各界共賞。
The Enable Prize - Literature Prize for Persons with Disabilities is guided by the Ministry of Culture, and organized by National Changhua Living Art Center. It aims to encourage persons with disabilities to share artistic and cultural energy and emotions through creation. Prize winning works to be exhibited include the three categories of picture books, literature and emotional stories. We sincerely invite all sectors to appreciate the wonderful works presented by creators with refined words and colorful paintings.
